Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There are no additional cost on orders above ₹500. A minimal fees of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹500. An additional COD charge is applicable on all COD orders and a 5% additional prepaid discount is available on all prepaid orders.
How long will delivery take?
All couriers will be shipped with National couriers and will reach you within 2-5 working days. We ship the products within 18-24 hours and we will notify you with the tracking number when the order ships.
How to place return/exchange?
We do not accept any returns of on sale items and only exchanges are valid for the same. You can place an exchange request upto 10 days from the date of delivery. If a product is not on sale, we do accept returns and it is required to mail us on admin@sumisolife.com within 10 days of delivery. All accessories items are non-returnable including socks.

Money got deducted but order not placed?
If such an issue arises, please reach out to us via the form above within 48 hours of transaction along with providing the transaction ID.
Not able to apply discount code?
If you're not able to apply a discount code, most probably the discount code has expired or exhausted. Do hang with us as we've placed our products at the best possible prices.
